I think this will be an interesting paper because this will talk about interpret that I am also interesting about this field. However, in the beginning, I do not realized what you will talk about because you did not put interpret in the beginning of your outline. Then, I know your topic, so I think this is a very clearly outline about your topic.

If you need another topic to cover under track and field, I think the Olympics would be a great event to talk about. Since track and field has been around since the first Olympics, you would have plenty of history to discuss.

I think you did pretty good job but my suggestion is combine the background and history together will make it more clear.

I think you have it well organized! I think if you want to incorporate Issues/Problems, you can talk about how some people compare themselves to others and feel bad about themselves for not being as good as others. A solution could be to think about it as motivation, that through hard work I too can be just as fast and just as fit as them.

Good topic! Many people introduced some sports we are familiar with.So this sports will be a very interesting culture thing. Your structure is also well organized, hope to see your essay.
