This speech given by President Barack Obama is a a tribute to Nelson Mandela. Obama is a great speaker and the fact that he traveled all the way to South Africa to deliver this speech was beyond beautiful.
President Barack Obama was talking about how amazing Nelson Mandela was. Nelson Mandela was a strong individual who fought a very good fight and lead others the right way. President Obama said that Nelson Mandela bought us power of action which I believe is true because even though he passed away, we still remember him and he still have a huge impact on a lot of individuals world wide.
This speech was beyond what words can explain because it showed how much leaders look up to other leaders. I think Nelson Mandela will forever live on just for the fact that he changed a lot of people lives and hs legacy will forever live on.

This piece was written to inform readers about Marxist over the world and how it is expressed different. The literature piece said that they usually permit differences in religion, race, ethnicity, and gender to separate them into waring factions that accomplish little or no social change.
It also said that the proletariat will one day develop the class consciousness that is needed to rise up in violent revolution against their oppressors and create a society with no class at all. I agree because at the rate we are going violence is not decreasing, however it is increasing. This literature piece also stated that it had conflict in agreeing and disagreeing on which individuals would be catergorized as a bourgeoisie and which individuasl would be catergorized as a proletariat.
I liked this literature piece because it was very clear on what was being discussed even though it was hard to understand at first.

This speech said by Martin Luther King Jr. were discussed to express why he feel African Americans shoud have equal rghts, alongside other citizens. He talked about the former history of African Americans in the United States and how Abraham Lincoln treated them
I like how he uses document from history to express himself. For example, he said "We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equally." I used this point because he couldn't have been anymore precise because we all are created equally. Also in the speech he talked about which kind of society that he want his kids to grow up in. He didn't want them facing police brutality as other African Americans did.
I like this speech because its knowledge at its best. I think Martin Luther King will forever live in the United States because he have made uch a big difference in everyones lives, no matter what race you are.

This letter was wrote to show the differences in America from the author's very on experience. Some of the points she talked about were good, however, some points were critqued badly.
She talked about the good and iconic things about America. One of them were indeed Mickey Mouse which have been around for years and not only grabs the attention of children but also adults. Mickey Mouse is all the main attraction of Disney Channel and Disney World which is located in Florida. She also said America let her down because its not how it should be as to where it does not allow the freedom that it should. I personally think its the government fault.
I like this article because America is improving and I believe it earned the name "Home of the brave" beause it has grown so much and it really is the home of the brave. Overall, American history is improving.

This passage is about the language used by doctors and nurses in the medical field and the way that they communicate with patients and others. It talked about how getting new patients are kind of hard to adjust to, or at least that’s what I got from it so they use jargons to make it sound better.
It talked about how they use words to keep the patient as happy as possible. They also talked about the good and bad of using jargons. Doctors use “She boxed last night” which would mean that the patient had died. They also would use “Circling the drain” and they abbreviated it with CTD.
I liked this passage for the fact that doctors really use jargons to kind of foreshadow. Although it has its pros and cons because I feel that they should be straight forward with them but I guess since their job could be so depressing and stressful at points that they try to make the best of it.

This article talks about the things women face as being a writer. The author gave real life examples of what she experienced about being a female writer. She talked about how people expectations are different, gender wise. Pretty much how men are masculine and women are feminine.
She talked about the piece that she wrote called Angel of the House in which this discussed how women were supposed to be so unadulterated and humble. However, a lot of women are not like this even though we have some that are. Also she discussed how women have to be careful in what say when they are writing so it’s like they have to express themselves in different ways or wording their statements differently.
I think this article is very similar to the stereotypes that people have against women in politics and a woman trying to become president. Women face a lot of factors in fields like this. Only the st4ong survive.
